Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edapaddi K Palaniswami said there is no community spread in Tamil Nadu, even as the number of registered positive cases in the state is the highest after Maharashtra. It may be noted that Tamil Nadu currently has nearly 37,000 cases.
However, Palaniswami said that coronavirus has been curtained in many districts of the state and only Chennai continues to witness a sharp rise in cases due to its dense population.
