London Breed, the mayor of San Francisco, said she will be lifting a curfew in the city at 5am local time on Thursday. "The protests we have seen in this city and across the country are for a peaceful cause and our city will continue to facilitate any and all peaceful demonstrations," she wrote in a tweet.
