India records highest spike of 7,466 cases, death toll crosses China's tally

Highest spike of 7,466 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in the last 24 hours in India. With 175 deaths, India's death toll now stands at 4,706, which is more that China's death toll. The total number of cases in the country now stand at 1,65,799, including 89,987 active cases, 71,105 cured or discharged cases and 4706 deaths, said the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
