Woman in California Held For Licking Supermarket items

At a time when Covid 19 have thrown life out of gear with groceries and essential items becoming difficult to access, a woman in California was found licking groceries and other items at a supermarket in the northern part of the state. The woman has been arrested after she was found licking $1,800 worth of groceries and other items at a supermarket,  according to the police on Wednesday. As soon as the matter was reported to the South Lake Tahoe police department, near the border with Nevada, officers came into swift action. They reached the Safeway store to find that the suspect has also hoarded numerous jewellery pieces from the store.
